AUTOHOME INC. ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER RESOLUTION

ADOPTED AT 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

BEIJING, November 27, 2015 — Autohome Inc. (“Autohome” or the “Company”) (NYSE: ATHM), a leading online destination for automobile consumers in China, today announced the adoption of the following shareholder resolution proposed by the Company at its annual general meeting of shareholders held in Hong Kong today:

Mr. Ted Tak-Tai Lee be re-elected as a director of the Company and each director of the Company be and is hereby authorized to take any and every action that might be necessary to effect the foregoing resolution as such director, in his or her absolute discretion, thinks fit.
