Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Min Lu has served as our chairman of the board and chief executive officer since June 2016. Mr. Min Lu is chief of the strategy center of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (“Ping An Group”), as well as a standing member of the executive committee of Ping An Group. Having worked at Ping An for 20 years, Mr. Lu is an experienced professional in the Chinese insurance industry, as well as a specialist in strategic development. Mr. Lu has also served as deputy general manager of Ping An Life Insurance Company of China, Ltd. (“Ping An Life”) and general manager of the bank assurance business unit of Ping An Life. From 2009 to 2014, Mr. Lu served as chairman and chief executive officer of Ping An Health Insurance Company of China, Ltd. He also served as chairman of YHD, one of the largest online retailers in China, from 2010 to 2012.

Mr. Haifeng Shao has worked for Ping An Group for over 23 years, including 15 years as a senior manager in the financial services division, and 7 years in its internet finance division. Mr. Shao joined Ping An Group in 1996 where he served successively as General Assistant Manager of Ping An Life Insurance, Shanghai Branch; Deputy General Manager of Ping An Life Insurance, Yunnan Branch; and Deputy General Manager of Ping An Annuity Insurance. Starting in 2012, Mr. Shao served as General Manager of Ping An E-wallet. In 2016, Mr. Shao served as General Manager of Ping An Finance One Account. Mr. Shao received a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Nanjing Normal University in 1995.

Mr. Jingyu Zhang has served as the Company’s vice president of commercial products since March 2017 and has about 20 years of experience working in the product development and sales business. He was the officer in charge of product technology in Xuan Yue Xing Electric Automobile Co., Ltd. from December 2015 to June 2016, and was the deputy general manager of the automotive business of Sina Corp (NASDAQ: SINA) from August 2012 to December 2015. Before that, he worked at Aspect Software Inc. as its director of post-sales service for the Greater China region from April 2010 to August 2012 after serving for more than two years in PCCW Limited (HKG: 0008) as its product manager from September 2007 to March 2010. Prior to his career in PCCW Limited, he worked for Bright Oceans Inter-Telecom Corporation. (SHA: 600289), starting in March 2005, and remained as the assistant president of its research center until August 2007. Mr. Zhang received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanics in 1997 from Jilin Institute of Technology (which merged into Jilin University in 2000).

Mr. Zou has over 24 years of experience in financial management and capital markets in the U.S., Europe and China. He most recently served as iDreamSky’s chief financial officer, during which time he led the company’s initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Select Market  (NASDAQ: DSKY) and the company’s subsequent privatization. Prior to joining iDreamSky, Mr. Zou served as the chief financial officer for several U.S.-listed Chinese companies, including E-Commerce China Dangdang Inc. (NYSE: DANG, now privatized), a leading business-to-consumer e-commerce company in China from 2012 to 2014, and Xunlei Ltd. (NASDAQ: XNET), a leading cloud-based acceleration technology company in China from 2010 to 2012. He has also worked as the chief financial officer for the global technical services business unit and the head of the global customer financing and treasury at Huawei Technologies, a Fortune 500 technology company in China from 2006 to 2008. Before returning to China, Mr. Zou served in progressive managerial roles in treasury, customer finance, strategic planning and eventually as global controller for the managed services business unit at Ericsson in the U.S. and Sweden. Mr. Zou received a Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas in the U.S. and a Bachelor’s degree in international business and economics from Shanghai International Studies University in China.

Mr. Xiao Wang has served as the Company’s vice president of big data since August 2017. Prior to joining Autohome, Mr. Wang was a senior director of the big data business of JD. com, Inc. (NASDAQ: JD) from May 2010 to June 2017 after serving for about 1 year in Baidu, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIDU) as a senior manager of its internet affiliate product business from June 2009 to May 2010 and for about 5 years with Tongcheng-Elong Holdings Ltd. (HKG: 0780) as a senior technology manager from December 2004 to June 2009. Mr. Wang received a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a dual Bachelor of Science in Economics from Peking University in 2001.
